Fees and Payment
I am in-network with the following insurance plans in North Carolina:

If you would like to use one of these insurance plans, you will be billed through Alma or Headway (for BCBS). They manage everything related to payments and insurance to make things as easy as possible for you. You can visit my profile on Alma or my profile on Headway to schedule an initial consultation and verify your insurance information.
If you are not using one of the insurance plans above, my services are self-pay. If your insurance plan has out of network benefits, I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. My rates are as follows:

Individual Therapy, 55 minutes $150
